Front drop w/ conversion
Needing info on why it is important to get a 71-72 crossmember if i am going to front disc with drop spindles from drums. Will my uppers and lowers or factory crossmember not work for a 67 ?

Re: Front drop w/ conversion
Not sure who told you that,... but its false.
Buy 63-70 disc brake conversion spindles for your '67. Bolt on with no tierod or balljoint change. This info is all over this site.

Re: Front drop w/ conversion
THANK YOU !!! I have read what I could on the site but don't have lots of time due to work. Not sure where I got that it was so important but saw something that made me think that. Being fairly new to the site and to this build leaves me a newby to it all. My truck being a GMC makes things a little different in the rear and have questions there also as far as the bushings go. I can't seem to find any for my 2wd but they seem to be plentiful for 4wd.
