Re: Today's find...
Is that called an option sheet or something like? Where does that sit, behind the seat? I haven't pulled my seat yet, but will be a good day when I do.
My truck was built in Fremont as well.

Re: Today's find...
Build Sheet - usually found between the lower seat springs and the burlap. Not always though. VINs matter - I was excited to find 2 build sheets under my 71 C20 seat only to find on closer inspection that neither was for my truck! Had to laugh.

What are the odds of that?

We hit it 3-4 occasions, but the spot is gone. I heard they built condos instead, but that was during the crash so not certain.

Re: Today's find...
Pretty much 1 to 1 odds. Every vehicle "should" have one. Some have been removed. It's the "sheet" the trucks was "built" off of

Re: Today's find...
I found two of those in my truck. It's a great feeling when you see it, especially when you weren't even looking for one...

Re: Today's find...
It is sooo cool to find the build sheet, I found mine, I would think they are rare to find anymore, since most people remove them when they find them...love the Tacos/Taos mistake!

Re: Today's find...
I have never found one in a Janesville built truck. Odds seem to be the best with the Fremont trucks.

Re: Today's find...
Other than a chuck key in my duct system, I've found a small sticker behind the dash. I don't have it handy, but I'm guessing it's for steering. It was for GM and other makes as well. Cannot wait to pull my seat and gas tank. And look forward to revisiting my jack components, including one of these:
