Question Adjustable Power Steering Valve

Anyone ever used one of these, or similar to get better feel from your power steering?

Re: Adjustable Power Steering Valve

I have never used one of these kits however I have seen them installed. They dont always look the best because of the added lines required. I suppose you could make AN Hard lines and mount it close to the pump to help the look.

Borgeson makes a pressure reducer kit that goes inside the valve of your power steering pump. No, there is no knob to make the adjustment and yes you have to drain your pump when you want to make a pressure adjustment but the hoses stay as you already have them.

the kit Number is 899001. It is basically just a set of shims that you can add or remove to decrease or increase the pressure the pump puts out.

This kit is a fraction of the cost and you don't require any additional fittings or hoses. Like I said befor just use what you already have.
