Re: If you need defroster duct hose.....
I want to say it was 2.5" and fit very snug. Fairly easy to get on the LH duct while the RH duct took a bit of work and grease but per other posts it seems that working the hoses onto the ducts can be laborious. I'll take some pics of the hose this week.

Made by Dorman Products, and your right 2.5 inch diameter. I think mine requires 2.75 as I remember.

Re: If you need defroster duct hose.....
If I have to do mine again I will only use the heavy fibreglass stuff for the bottom visible pipe. I'm going to use bilge vent pipe, which is similar, but much easier to work with.
Also the parts are getting old and brittle nowadays, so clamping a big fibreglass and spring reinforced pipe onto your defrost vent and installing it without breaking a tab off isn't easy! Not to mention there's barely enough room for the pipes to be routed as it is.... it's pretty packed back there in an AC truck.

Re: If you need defroster duct hose.....
Dunno, this stuff slipped on no problem. I used some wire twisted around the duct just above the little keeper notch and it worked well. Easy enough and looks stock as it has the wire loop running through the tube like the original. Wasn't exactly happy going on the RH duct but if I had to do that over again I would modify that somehow with a round adapter or something--the oval shape is a pain and not really needed.
