1964 C10 - Good Buy?

What's up guys -

I sold my 72 Fleetside C20 and am in the market for a 1960-1966 C10 (preferably long bed). I have been keeping an eye on this 1964 C10 for a while now wondering if I should move forward. Do you guys think this is a fair price from what you see? If not, what is your suggested amount that you would pay? Here is the info and pictures from that ad, and I will also include the original ad at the bottom of this from craigslist. Any input is appreciated!

Up for sale a 1964 C10 rebuilt 250 inline six (Lloyd Machining out of Oakley did the work) with many upgrades. Has Stovebolt headers. Offenhauser intake with a dual. Single bbl rochester carb setup. Body is straight less a corner which is minor. Frame is straight and clean as I did all the prep work to this truck and also paint job. It is a runner have put about 8k miles since the 250 was rebuilt. Starts right up ready to go...interior needs some TLC other then that the truck is solid. Has never left me stranded. I have taken very care of the truck. Has a manual three on the tree transmission which works great. I temporarily put some pine in the bed because I never got to doing the bed kit like I've wanted too. All electrical works. Gas gauge and compression and water temp funtion great. Much more to list and say about this truck. Ive put a lot of man hours in her. Feel free to shoot me any questions.

You'd be in for the same money (or more) by buying a 2k-3k truck and getting it going like that one. If you like it, make an offer.
