IA NOS black deluxe RH door panel F/S

I found this in my oddball stash....its a GM panel, still in the box for deluxe optioned interiors. I'm having issues loading pics but I'll get them up soon-I searched for it LH match but no luck. I'm verifying the years applicable still but I believe its for 77-80. Asking $350.

Forgot to add its for manual windows/locks. I also have an NOS plain style insert panel ring also-$80 for it or $400 for both parts. Very rare to find NOS door panels!

Ok...here's some pics-I am not sure what to think on it-this panel hasn't seen daylight for many years but-it looks as if it may have been dyed black at some point but has never been installed-the back of the panel is a dark blue. Not sure if this is a factory dyed panel? But at any rate, check out the pics-make an offer-worse I can say is no.
