Dual Tank switching valve?

Ok i found out its going out so i had to by pass it so where do i buy one? Thanks

DITTO!!! Also make sure to get a new cover with the thread cutting nuts. These "speed nuts" (what I think they're called) that fasten to the back of the trim cover cut their own threads. It's a pain to get them on but believe me you will want to place a new trim piece on there as well. Cost me like $20 for both at the dealer.

GM PART #'S ARE 334287 FOR THE BEZEL AND 329854 FOR THE SWITCH......GM LIST PRICE ON BEZEL IS $5.02 AND THE SWITCH IS $16.37.

Another example of misrepresented parts on Ebay. That won't work for a 73-80 truck. The switches are different. The one shown will work on 81-86 trucks or 87s that are not TBI fuel injected (which I think are diesels and HD emissions 454s).

Get the one from the dealer.

Nice catch Joe. Also thanks for the info on the 87's. You're a regular guru for sure on these trucks.
