Headlight Relay Mod
OK, Just tried this MOD. Used diagrams and help from FAQ page. Have an issue. Only high beams work. I tested voltage out of Relay when light switch turned on, full 12 volts. Tested low beam wiring by attaching wire direct from battery to low beam circuit, lights worked/ Tried swapping relays, still no low beam. Any ideas?

Are you using one relay or two?
The signal wires used to switch between high and low come from the dimmer switch. One relay is used for high beams, the other for low beams

I am using 2. Just swapped relays low beam works. I think I have a bad relay, but shows 12v. I tested relay on another light, did not work. I'll replace relay to see what happens.

Relay was good,ended up being the Dimmer switch, only 10 volts coming out. Wouldn't trip relay.
