newer 3/4 ton wheel swaps

been searching the forum trying to get pictures of some '81-'87 suburbans with some '03-'07 8 lug wheels with the screw on center caps. im looking for these wheels
on my rig here

any pics, or info on getting the right lug nuts for the center caps to screw to would be great, thanks guys

I've got a set of 17" wheels from a 2010 Silverado on my Suburban. They fit fine but I just leave the center caps off.

Those look great, now do those have the same backspacing at the stock wheels? Or are they offset in or out a little more? And did the lug nut's from a newer truck work on the factory studs or is the thread a tad different? Thanks

I'm also looking to plasti dip the wheels and have the chrome center caps on the black wheels. does anybody know the best, most durable plasti dip to use? I live on a dirt road and rocks chip everything.

Not too sure, they were on the truck when I bought it. They fit great, no rubbing, clears brake caliper, and looks like the used the lugnuts that came with the newer wheels not the lug nuts from 1987. Hope this helps.
