Hubcap Question

I have a 1960 c10, dad has the original hubcaps with the clips, but I am going to move to a 87 front crossmember and cannot keep the clip wheels. Does anyone know if there is a way to keep these hubcaps still? Included is a picture of the style of caps

Re: Hubcap Question

The clips are available from truck parts suppliers, or you can get them off original wheels. I get mine from Classic Truck Parts. Drill some holes in the wheel, sheetmetal screws to hold the clips in place. I've done a few sets of newer wheels like this, never had any problems.

Re: Hubcap Question

Are there any particular wheels this works best on that are the 5x5 bolt pattern? I have a set of rally wheels will it work on them?
