handling
I am about to put sway bars on the front of my 69C-10swb . Wil I see a big improvement in handling? Will it be better with rear as well? And lastly, will lowering it 2 inches all around help the handling even more?

Front swaw bar will definitely help in the handling dept. I just put one on my 72SB and was pleasantly surprised.
Also lowering it 2 inches lowers the center of gravity, this will also give some improvement, depending greatly on the aspect ratio of your tires.

You will see a big improvement over having no swaybar at all. When I added a front swaybar to mine I was pleasantly surprised but still wasn't happy enough. I added a rear swaybar to mine and it was incredible. My truck was very stable through corners. The following rules apply when using swaybars.
By adding a front swaybar or increasing diameter, you will increase your understeer, which will make your truck less likely to spin out and make it more likely to push. By adding a rear swaybar or increasing diameter, you will increase your oversteer, which will make you more likely to spin out and less likely to push. So by adding both you can balance your truck better. You can also use the previous rules for sizing of your sway bars. And lowering your vehicle will always make it handle better provided it was done properly.

wow thats great... im gonna install a 1 1/8 swaybar from hellwig tomorrow on the rear. as it is now the tail is all over the place. uhh maybe i sould order that front one right away
