I know for a fact the sway bars don't match up from van to truck. I got a van's sway bar off a 78 and it's wider where to meet up on my truck. Now the control arms may be the same size but the crossmember I think is wider on a van. Again this part is me just thinking here.

suspension
I know that on a van the rear end and front cross member are wider, But I think the overall width is the same as the pick up, therefore the complete suyspension would have to be totaly different, and wont work. Not a 100% sure. Good luck
