66 C10 Shocks
What is the best shock package when using 2.5 drop spindles, stock BBC front coils and 4" drop rear coils? thanks Keith

Re: 66 C10 Shocks
If you only did drop spindles in the front, you can run any stock length shock, since you have not modified the actual suspension travel. Out back you will want to get a shock relocation kit, which will put the angle of the shocks back into the correct angle so they will work as they should. If you're not notching the rear frame, with the relocation kit, you can then run any stock length shock as well.
As for brand, I run Bilstein's on everything I can and love them. Little more money then other brands but it will be the last shock you ever buy.

Re: 66 C10 Shocks
Early Classic Enterprise make these as does CPP. I can't link the ECE but here is the CPP ones. Basically the same stuff.

I have 3 inch lowered rear springs and the tyres do rub on one side. Is there an adjustable panhard bar you recommend?

You can get adjustable bars that fit the stock mounts but I haven't used these before.

Re: 66 C10 Shocks
I run the Belltech street performance shocks on mine and like them. When I dropped the 66 I used the ECE shock relocator kit and the long panhard bar on the back. Both worked well. The long panhard bar does center the rear up in the truck and also lowers the roll center to improve handling.
