Re: C-Notch - CPP & Stereo's tricks
Check out my build thread below my signature. Put the CPP Cnotch kit in as well as a pretty nice stereo. May have to dig through several pages but it's there.

Re: C-Notch - CPP & Stereo's tricks
I traced out the notch onto a piece of cardboard then laid it against the frame to use as a template. I bolted it as well as welded it just in case.

Could you have done it without removing the bed?

Re: C-Notch - CPP & Stereo's tricks
I removed the fuel tank from the cab and built a box for 3 sealed 10's.

That's gonna thump!
Custom door panels? Did you have to cut the door?

Re: C-Notch - CPP & Stereo's tricks
They were already cut, I have 6.5"mid range drivers in the doors and tweeters in pods on top of the dash (not really visible) and 4" drivers under the factory center speaker hole. Yes it sounds pretty good. I'm a bass hound. 9 speakers in that cab.

Yes. It could have been installed with the bed on.
