NAPCO Spicer transfer case value?
Have an extra Spicer 23 or 24 t-case, in good shape. What are they worth?

I would start at $100, due to its rareness its also hard to find a buyer for it

Thanks guys, I'm debating whether I should sell it or use it for my 4x4 project. I also have an NP 205, any thoughts on which is better?

The 205 is generally considered the best of the TCs found in light trucks. Not sure you can get parts for a 23/24.
