This truck was delivered after the cab/ doors and front end was painted. We will complete final assembly, wiring, brakes, etc... This truck has all of our new body panels except the doors and hood. Here are a few pics to start.

Installing our new chrome grille and front bumper.

Our new swb fleetside bed kit going together.

Here we are installing the new press on door seals!

ive have seen alot of you guys weld stuff up and have such a clean smooth finish what do you use to grind the weld away 2" roll loc or do you use a angle grinder or sander

I use a 3" roloc. Then follow with a 6" sander.

Looks great. I don't have time to do all the things I want to my truck as quickly as I want...I wish there was a good shop here that could pick up some of the slack for me. Good job!

Maybe I will contact them...thanks for the recommendation. I have plans, but like most people here...don't have the time. Just want it to be a solid DD, not worried about cosmetics...just a safe DD.

Thanks Guys, Here are a few more pics! We installed the bed and loosely installed the new wood. To check fit before we install the wheel tubs and bolt the wood down.

No stain, the owner hit it with a torch, two coats of sand and seal, three coats of varnish. The wood is red oak. Thanks
