C30 frame/bed variance?
Was there such a thing as a cab and chassis build? If so will a regular dually bed bolt up? I'm looking for a c30 regular cab dually to build. I find many without beds. If I know the frame length is the same maybe I can buy the bed separately. Thanks for the help!

Re: C30 frame/bed variance?
Frame Length is not the same, different wheel base unless you ordered a Pickup with "box delete". Pickup is model 30903, 131.5" wheel base, C&C is either 135.5 (31003) or 159.5" (31403)

Re: C30 frame/bed variance?
If I remember correctly the rear axle is also different between a cab/chassis and a pickup with a factory box

Re: C30 frame/bed variance?
The dually axle c&c is a lot more narrow then a pickup one.

Re: C30 frame/bed variance?
Hopefully most of these someone removed the factory bed and installed a flatbed. Guess I'll check closer if/when I find one I like.

Re: C30 frame/bed variance?
If that's correct that would sure make it easy to distinguish

Re: C30 frame/bed variance?
Frames aren't THAT different, mostly length and spring hanger location
