self motivation...

I was digging up some pics for stan79chevy and since I had to scan them I might as well share them with you....plus it makes me want my truck back in one piece soooo bad...self motivation I guess you could say. Enjoy.

There are ALOT of trim holes on our trucks...yeoooww!

here it was seven years ago after it first "body-on" resto/paintjob. I really wish someone made a 1-piece side glass kit...it looks sooooo much cleaner.

You've got a lot of work into that truck, thanks for sharing some 'old' pictures.

They are pretty cool, but I am not much of a tilt front end fan.

Chris, it looks like yours is a flat hood model...I like that better than the cowl one Jeremy posted...(no offense to Jeremy).

So when are you gonna start getting serious on Su Chris? I might actually finish mine before you do...and you had a huuuge head start!

That you might Jeff. I am still working on getting the Jimmy running/driving. I want to start driving it as a daily. This past week we started bleeding the brakes and now I find that it is leaking at the Prop valve. I think we might not tightened one of the lines we replace enough.

I don't like the looks of a cowl on a stock vehicle unless the cowl is required I like mine to look stock. Unfortunatley, I might end up having to put a cowl on it since the stacks with air cleaners might not clear the hood.

US Body's stuff is tops, it only needs a little finishing up from what I can tell. Of course, I haven't started sanding on it yet, but it was recommended by 2 other people I trust as high quality without alot of finish work.
