Did you by chance replace the "Sock" or pre filter on the sending unt? the only other thing that might be a possibility here, is the rubber hose that the sending unit attaches to the metal line that passes through the floor.if it's dry rotted, it might be sucking air.....

Disregard question 1. Does not apply here if you have a stock system.
So you replaced all the rubber lines, are you sure you used Fuel Line and not a cheaper non reinforced rubber tube, i ask because under the cab is a short piece of rubber connecting the tank to the steel line, if you used a non fuel rated rubber hose then it could collapse via the pumps suction. If your system had 2 lines off the tank then one should be a vent i believe so yes check and see if you didn't swap them. Other things to double check. Are you sure you didn't reverse the inlet and outlet ports? Did you replace the pick up tube and sock? Did you make sure the steel line was not plugged with debris before reinstalling the rubber hose?
