WIW 71 4x4 suburban
I'm thinking about flipping this thing. Engine replaced late 80's. Pretty rusty down low but windshield frame and the top is solid. Runs but needs brake work. What's it worth? $1500?

I think you right in the ballpark for what I've seen for sale these days. At least the whole truck is there and not missing a ton of pieces.
