Need pics of lowered trucks at ride height

I am wanting to lower my 69 C10 and trying to decide how
low to go and what combo to go with. All the pics I see of
bagged trucks seem to be aired out. I am more concerned
with getting the truck to look good at ride height. My goal is
just shy of tucking a 20 or 22 going down the road. Also I
am wanting to keep my drum brakes and do drop spindles.
Has anyone ever cut the disc brake brackets off of drop spindles?
I will have new factory springs and shocks for sale if anyone
needs them.

Well instead of looking at bagged trucks aired out, have a look at static drop trucks. They're always at ride height.

Thanks for the help guys. I have been looking at static as well. Nobody seems to ever have suspension details with their pics so I have no idea what a 5" for example would look like.

do it once and do it right, to me IMO the best kit for static drop and best customer service to deal with.... www.earlyclassic.com mine on 4.5 front and 7 inch rear on 20's

To the original poster, you're going to have the best luck at the link posted by Overdriven. Not everyone bothered to specify their drop details, but there are a ton of ppl who did. I recommend the ECE 4/6 kit, but their shocks are not very good so I ended up replacing them with CCP's shocks. Search 'properly dampen ECE' for details on that shock discussion.
