49 Gmc slider rear window
I seen they are making a rear slider window aftermarket now. Anyone seen one in person or tried one?

I got one made by CR Laurence (?) and plan to install it soon. Its tinted and looks really nice. Wanted one for last 49.7 years as cab got almost unbearably hot. Combined with the cowl vent should work well with side windows up. Not sure about using an original style seal.

My ongoing truck projects: 48 Chev 3100 that will run a 292 Six. 71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant. 77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around. |

Won't work too well with my chopped top but there have been times I sure wished I had more airflow though the cab.
I've seen some aluminum framed ones on AD trucks in this area but never talked to the owners about how they work.
