I scored a frame, What year is it?

I bought a 68 Step side at the end of last year, Haven't started working on it yet. I'm getting ready to start it as a winter project.
This past weekend I found a rolling chassis online. He was asking $700. I negotiated $500 before I made the hour long drive to check it out. It was supposed to be lowered w rear springs and front spindles. Not.
It does however have 5 lug wheels, disc brakes and a power steering box.
For me living and having cars and trucks from Illinois this thing is clean.
Anyway, $250 later I brought it home.

Can anyone tell from the stamping on the frame what year it is?

Look at the top of the drivers frame rail next to the engine mount, it's a partial vin.

Good to see a member grabbed that. I was eyeing that up myself.
