Anyone using a Lokar throttle cable?

Hello everyone!
I am working on my 85 C10, sitting in it currently is an LS1/4l60e that will soon be swapping to a 4l80e. I ordered an LS1 48" throttle cable, ls1 throttle cable bracket, and I'm trying to connect them to my throttle pedal. The end of the Lokar Cable is a clevis type connector. The pedal rod end runs parallel with the firewall and needs to be twisted in order to connect the throttle cable to it. Or a different end connection for the cable.
Anyone have any pictures of what they used or how they made this work?
Here's some pics for referance.

This is not actually my pedal, stole it off the internet. My cable is missing the plastic stopper on the very end of the cable.

I would if I still had it :/ haha. Mines missing. I'm
considering going with either the billet or black Lokar pedal

Mine kinked at the firewall and stuck wide open at the drag strip.

Not a fan.

Drive by wire means something altogether different now.

Also I just bought this and it fits the Lokar unit at 1/5th the price - https://www.ebay.com/itm/72-Inner-Th...72.m2749.l2649
This fits on the foot pedal end - https://www.ebay.com/itm/1968-1979-G...oAAOSw1b1fKZUD
