start up instructions on sun visor...
my '72 GMC P/U has starting instructions for both automatics and manuals on the backside of the driver's sun visor...I can no longer read mine, and I am wondering if anyone has this on there's and can maybe take a picture and send me or post it here...
Thanks, Keith |

one was for sale here a short time ago, not sure if it sold or not. Check the classifieds.

If this is unreadable, pm me, and I can send you a larger version via email.

Here is one I touched up to see if I could make one. The problem being that the originals are printed on a cloth like material. I can also e-mail you a full size copy of it if you need it. LockDoc

Re: start up instructions on sun visor...
yes mine was all dingy...I had the bright idea to try and clean it to see if I could read it any better...fyi-don't try to clean...the cloth-like material will just pick and ink will fade...could read better 'before' I messed with it...wish there was somewhere to get new visors with label on back...

Here is one that says it's for a Camaro. The same one as the trucks except it doesn't have the date on it and the part number is different.... http://www.classicindustries.com/pro...rts/dc990.html I don't know what the shipping would be on it but the price isn't too bad. LockDoc

Re: start up instructions on sun visor...
there is a guy on ebay selling visors. he has like a hundred or so in the pics. he states he has some with the instructions on them. might be worth looking into if you want them.
