Core support bushing sleeve question.

Hey everyone, I bought a core support mounting kit from Brothers and the kit didn't come with the sleeves that normally go in the middle of the bushings. I was looking around and it seems other kits like the one from classic parts of america comes with them. So I'm just wondering if the sleeves are needed or not to install the core support. Thanks

Wonder why Brothers wouldn't include them in their kit? Weird...oh well looks like I will be on the hunt for a couple. Thanks for the info.

67 and 68 doesn't show the sleeves. In the LMC catalog. Must've sent the wrong ones.

Re: Core support bushing sleeve question.

If I remember right the correct bushings for 67-68 are thinner. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=190626

Re: Core support bushing sleeve question.

My core support kit only had thick rubber washers and steel washers in it. If adjustment is needed you just add washers as shims.
