Most Common Engines

What are the most common engines in these trucks?
I guess it probably depends on the year, but overall what was the most common?
Just curious...

hands down...350. Probably followed by 250. Then 307, 396/402, 327, 292, 283. But that's my guess.

Depends on the year: there were no (or so few as to be statistically insignificant) 350s in trucks in '67-'68.

Cool...Thanks, Guys. Like I said I was just curious. I was looking for a Rams Head exhaust Man. and the local Truck yard guy wanted to argue with me and tell me I had a 307 in my 72 because it was the most common engine in these years trucks.
I told him it was mainly 6's and 350 8's...we argued a little more, and then he hung up on me.
Oh well many other yards in the area.
