Thumbs up for you 73-87 collectors....

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...gory=1316&rd=1

Stumbled across this...never seen one of these before. I am not going to bid, but maybe Chris, Ken (Kiilew), Joe, or whoever might be interested.

Jeff,
Do you plan to show your truck when its done?
Because when they judge trucks at shows display adds some points. With all your collectables, you could have one interesting display which would gain attention and get you a trophey.
BTW, any newer pictures of the truck?

I will show it, but not sure if I will have memorbilia with it. I have a fair amount, but nothing really high dollar or ULTRA rare...Chris, Joe, and Ken hoard it all!

As far as new pics, once I get my cab back from the painter...I am going to mount it and get some new photos. I can't wait to see the new paint in contrast with the nice purty black frame! Shaved cargo light, cab seam, trim, and shaved and smoothed firewall...should be nice!

I don't know that I'm hoarding a bunch. I do have some cool brochures. I just updated my site with some 74 Indy 500 Special stuff. Take a look.

I do have a box of mini theater tapes. They are a unique to GM format that uses like an 8mm movie attached to audio casette tape. I thought they were VCR tapes when I picked them up on Ebay. I actually saw a player for them for the first time last weekend. It was at a swap meet and the guy wanted $200 for it. For that price, I'll never see them.

Otherwise I guess my uncle really beats me out. I have a Gentleman Jim and my Indy Hauler, he has TWO Gentleman Jims and a Beau James. Also, all of his together cost less than my Gentleman Jim.

Thanks for posting this Jeff.

That's pretty neat. Never heard of a commercial kit. Did GM make those?

Those sound like the minitheater tapes that I have. Did you get the machines? If not, who had them?
