I am talking about the orange bar next to the filler neck. Looks like a brace of some type. Anybody know what it is?

The pc inside the yellow rect. is as Rippen stated, a vent tube for the gas tank. If you look under the bed there should be several steel lines that come out of it
The bracket in the black circle is a stand off for interior trim panels. The chrome trim above it as well as the angle on the floor and the angle on the rear in the vertical position are also for the interior trim panels
