I owned Ricks Yellow Panel and had the interior re-done, it was published in Street Rodder Magazine when I owned it and gave him credit of course. We talked, he called me then. But that was many years ago.

In fact Ricks brother Skip, had me block sand my old 53 pick-up and then he shot it when he worked at Pete Findley Olds in Vegas behind the showboat there. But that was many years before I owned Newt's the GMC panel.

I was born and raised in Henderson. I go back to LV about once every 3-4 years. Went over there this past October. First time I went since they leveled the Showboat. It was kind of heartbreaking not seeing it there...

The last time I talked to Rick he was working on a panel he said that was screaming to be black. But I never found out the results of that, may have been the 60's panel for all I know.
