floor mats
I'm looking for carpeted black floormats that fit well (1967). I would like them to have the red bowtie or C10. Not worried about the floor mount gas pedal, I'm changing it to the 72 version.
I've only found them at LMC and they cost 130.00 Wondering if anyone here has found good carpet that fits at a better price. Last edited by dave`12; 04-02-2017 at 09:01 AM. |

Re: floor mats
I got my ACC 80/20 loop mats from Rock Auto. They are available with logos that can be viewed via the Rock Auto link to ACC. The mats fit well, especially if you don't have a floor mount accelerator. Stock Interiors website also has pictures of logos and may have a larger thread color selection than available through Rock Auto.

Re: floor mats
thanx, going to check those out. I really like the red bowtie that Rockauto has. That may be my winner.

A caution to others reading this in the future. If you have a floor mount accelerator you may not be thrilled with the fit on the driver's side as the accelerator forces the mat rearward. I was able to modify mine by cutting the stitching that attaches the binding (NOT the binding) in that area, removing a small section of the mat where it contacts the accelerator, then re-stitching the binding to the mat. The red line in the picture below approximates what I removed. That said, I'm happy with the mats. Did I mention that I'm a bit anal about these things?
