Need parking in RENO while waiting for transport.

Hello, I just bought a truck in Hayfork, CA and the seller can get it to RENO NV where it would be easier for a transport/shipper to pick it up. I just need to find a location near I-80 where I can leave the truck and I need someone at that location to hold the keys until the transport shows up. Any suggestions? Any suggestions on a shipper in general? I have used Kathy Gant in the past.

Mustang Ranch. They have a BIG parking lot that is watched buy security 24/7/365. When I had my car hauler, I picked up there a few times.

Thanks. I have been by there but never stopped in. Can you recommend anyone there to hold the key?

Security will hold them. That way the driver can do the pickup day or night. I posted the link to there website and then thought better of it and removed it. Just look them up on the web.

I appreciate the suggestion but the Bunny Ranch is not too handy to I-80. I am trying to find something closer to I-80. The trucker is coming from Sacramento and heading east on I-80.

I would be happy to help but i live in south Reno and am 12 miles from I-80 and 395 interchange what we In Reno affectionately refer to as "the spaghetti bowl".

Actually, the bunny ranch and the Mustang are 2 different places. The Mustang is on I-80 just outside Reno. There is a LARGE parking lot there with lots of truck parking but, I get it. Not all people are comfortable going there. I have been driving truck for a total of over 35 years. My first Driving job was for a linen supply company out of Carson City NV. I had all the houses on my route on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I was 17 to 19 years old. I was not required to stock the shelves with the linen but, if I did, I got GREAT tips!! What an AMAZING time I had!!!!! At the time, Joe Conforti owned several houses. We all called him uncle Joe.

OOOPS! I got the Bunny Ranch mixed up with the Mustang Ranch! I will check out the location of the Mustang Ranch. Thanks for your suggestion!
