Dana stabalizer - was it stock

I have been offered this 4x4 front Dana 44 and noticed it is different than mine. Photo shows a thick stabilizer bar mounted to the top of the spring mounting plates. Was this a standard option on heavier trucks? If I chose to use the stabilizer bar where would it attach to my 72 Suburban (if it was ever offered on them) Thanks for your help !

Re: Dana stabalizer - was it stock

Sway bar is 73 and up. I have on mounted on my 71 K10. I made a cross member for it to mount to.
