Wanting to see the speed of the lift/dump. Looked on YouTube and nobody really says what setup they are running. Also liking st how people mounted their switches/gauges. I have an idea but wanting to see what others did as well

The speed will depend on the volume of your tanks, the ability of your compressors to fill the tank as well as what size valve block, solenoids, fittings and airlines that you are running.
What kind of speed are you looking to get? Are you wanting something fairly quick?

I'm going manual setup. Everything I've seemed to read and my supplier says I have to run 1/4" line.

Sure. 1/4" lines are great if you are wanting something fast. Just make sure that your valve block and fittings are adequate to move that volume of air. Also, having a pretty large tank (5gal or greater) if you are planning on playing with it. Otherwise, you will empty the tank pretty fast and you will be relying on the compressors to fill the bags.
