Barn doors for my 1987 gmc suburban will not open
When I try to open my back barn doors for my 1987 gmc suburban, they will not open. When I put the key in the lock and turn it, I feel the lock turning but when I try to open it; the doors are stuck.
Anyone have any suggestions,please? |

Re: Barn doors for my 1987 gmc suburban will not open
probably going to have to climb into the back and try to get the inner door panels off and see if the lock rod fell off... if you feel like the lock and door handle are working the door might just be stuck and require a bigger push from the inside. i used to off road a 82, after a while the body became so mangled the doors were very hard to open and close and just never opened them again after a while

Re: Barn doors for my 1987 gmc suburban will not open
My truck was to leave the key in and turned all the way to the right and then push the button. My doors have the same issue at times.
