Hello from Denver

In looking for some suspension info I ran across this forum. It looks like there are quite a few very knowledgable and helpful folks on here. So for the 1st time ever, I joined a forum. Please bear with me as I am not only new to this site but also to posting.

My current projects are a 72 C10 and a 69 Vette. The truck is an older resto I picked up about a year ago. The body is ok but needs paint bad. Just finished with the engine/tranny/rear end. Starting to work on the suspension now. Figured it was better to get through all the wrenching before starting on the paint.

I look forward to meeting everyone and participating in the discussions.

Re: Hello from Denver

Good to meet you guys. I knew there had to be some others that like these old truck in this area.

I like the tag line about the pig. Years ago we had a sheep that thought it was a dog. Chased cars and everything...

It only took a couple weeks, but think that I have finally figured out how to post a picture...

This weekend is the annual Parker days. The car show is Sunday 8-2 but there will be many just cruising around. If either of you guys are there, look for my truck and we can meet. (assuming the picture copies)

Re: Hello from Denver

What a small world... The car show was pretty good. I guess about 75-100 cars/truck entered. My Son and couple friends came along and spent a good 3 hours there. The beer garden wasn't bad either... It is a shame you couldn't make it. Always nice to add new friends to the group.

Re: Hello from Denver

We are having a cookout, nothing fancy burgers, dogs, pork... this coming Saturday. If you and the family want to come out send me a pm. We are about 10 minutes east of town

Re: Hello from Denver

Adam,

I sent a pm but never sure if they get through. Probably my lack of of knowledge using a forum. Anyway, if it didn't make it, let me know.
