Thermal Vacuum Valve Hose Routing

Hello, I looked but did not see anything in searches of forum. We recently pulled a 72 C10 2WD LWB out of a field. She runs good for 60k miles on the 307 2 BBL. Trying to replace hoses and vacuum lines. Trying to figure out what the thermal vacuum valve was that is on the thermostat housing.

Does anyone have a diagram of the correct routing on this? We are in Longmont, Colorado and it will be cold this winter and I want it to be able to warm up and idle correctly for my 16 YO son.

Using a picture that i found on here as reference.

She was last tagged and registered in 2006 and last ran in 2011 best we can tell. New battery, Gas tank, fuel pump and some tires that hold air, she is on the road again!
