LSX Swap Engine Harness

I'm find a 5.3 LS out of a 2004 Yukon XL but it does not come with the wire harness or ecm. Ive been looking on eBay and was wondering if the ls wire harnesses are interchangeable other than the obvious difference between the dbc and daw harnesses and 4wd and 2wd harnesses.

Re: LSX Swap Engine Harness

since you have no harness you'd be better off to just get a aftermarket harness...there's a lot of good ones out there...I'm using psi...for ecm I would get one that's for your engine..but I wouldn't buy the engine if. it didn't at least have the ecm...

Re: LSX Swap Engine Harness

I went with PSI, nice harness and easy to install. I had done my own which was not hard to do but I decided to get new one as the wire coating was brittle and some connectors were cracked.
