New from the Great White North

Hi ive been in this forum a few times looking for info and finally decided to join up. Figure I'll make a build thread as this is my first attempted build but first introduce me and my rust bucket here. The truck itself is a 95 c1500 Sierra but soon it will be a 91 Scottsdale.

As bad as it looks the Frame seems to be solid all around. As for the rust that's just how she goes around here if u dont take care of it properly, which few do
