rebuilding door hinge ?'s

Curious how guy's media blast and rebuild/ paint door hinges but still have the pins and bushings looking factory?

Any tips?

I believe from the factory the entire hinge was painted after it was assembled. I've removed a few, it appears they were painted on the doors. Both the doors and hinges have bare metal under the hinges.
