Six lug front rotors
After alot of checking I have found that there are no 1" thick six lug rotors. So since mine are new five lugs and everything else is new too I think I'm going to get them plug welded and drilled for six lug. It is six lug x 5" circle correct? What size studs?

You may want to rethink the welding. The rotors may be cast iron. You can do press in plugs. The bolt pattern is 6X5.5.

The ones in my rotors are 1/2X20. Stock ones are 7/16X20. The holes are drilled to match the studs you choose and the back sides are spot faced to give the studs a flat seat. If you do a search here you will find several threads on drill rear axles and what holes overlap. Not many on rotors.
