Diagnose Cruise Malfunction
I have the early style cruise (no resume), it did work at one time but not anymore. I used to have this cruise in my Impalas and Pontiacs back then and there used to be a way to diagnose and fix but I can't recall. Any suggestions?

Re: Diagnose Cruise Malfunction
Look in the service manual post.
There's a section on troubleshooting the transducer Cruisemaster cruise controls in the 1980 & older truck service manuals. There's also a service training textbook for the early Cruisemaster system.
