1968 c20 disk brake upgrade question

Hi,
I am working on disk upgrade for the front I have 2.5 drop spindles and 73-87 calipers, rotors, ball joints, tie rods,Master cylinder, prop valve. My only question is with the hard lines and hoses. did you guys change the front hard lines to 3/16"? What year lines work. Do I even need to change them?
thanks
