Introduction from the new guy

Just signed onto the board, so now I follow this board, 3- 4x4 boards, 1- nova board, 1-welding board, and the hot rodders board.
I just traded my 1962 Chevy II wagon for a semi-done 67 short wide that will be my daily driver/project. I recently finished a complete ground up resto-rod 62 Chevy II convertible for my wife, and build cars, trucks, 4x4's, rollcages and many other forms of fabrication in my spare time.
I will be starting on the truck soon so will have many questions, and yes, I do use the 'search' feature.

I haven't gotten any pics of the truck yet, but here is the wifes 'vert, and the wagon I traded off

I also have a 78 CJ7 that is undergoing a major makeover (new cage, fullwidth axles, narrowed rear body, coilovers, traingulated 4-link, blah, blah, blah) but no pics with me.
I mainly lurk on the Hobart board http://www.hobartwelders.com/mboard/
and the hot rodders board http://hotrodders.com/forums/

May those who love us, love us, any of those who do not love us, may God turn their hearts.
And if God is unable to turn their hearts, may he turn their ankles so we may know them by their limping.

This is a great board, you'll like it here. Suprisingly you don't get to many of the "use the search" remarks around here, just a lot of helpful answers. Theres just somethin' bout trucks and the people who drive em.

Welcome from Tx.

Thanks for all the welcomes, i have noticed there isn't any "use the search" replies here.
I only traded the wagon off for the truck, I have wanted a short wide for along time, and the wagon was just a driver/project that was about to go fully under the knife when the trade came about, sooo off went the wagon project and in comes a short wide project. Besides if I traded off the wifes 'vert, I would only ride in the truck once (in the back, in a casket, in a funeral prosession )

Welcome from Mississippi. Nice Novas. If you ever traded your wife's convertible, she would get off with justifiable homicide!
