Help decide paint color
My truck is about a week away form being ready for paint. To begin with i was going to go with torch red but now i am unsure. I am really digging the flat black primer look. What do you guys think. Oh yeah it is a 69 short bed step side.

I'd have to say the red color. That flat primer looking paint makes it look like you couldn't afford to paint it yet, imo.

The only reason my cars were primer, was I couldn't afford paint!!! I don't care for this "new trend" of leaving nice rides in primer.

The primer look is kinda cool but you'll tire of it quickly when people ask you when you're gonna get around to painting it....

I think you will be happier with the gloss of the torch red paint.

well i think that primer is a beautiful color to any car enthusiast, cause it means that you are that much closer to painting it.

I don't think a stepside could pull off the primered look. Stepsides need to be bright and shiny

flat black is ok but always makes me believe that the project isnt done, looks like primer and you ran out of money before you can finish it
