Master cylinder replace or paint?

So I'm dropping a new engine into this beast in a couple of weeks and will be working on cleaning up the wiring, AC and painting the compartment. I would like a shiny master cylinder too, but not sure if I should buy a new one, or if painting them is a decent idea. Appreciate the advice!

also, does anyone know where I can get a new Vehicle Emission Control Info sticker for the wheel well?
