Help with my GSI rear kit

How’s it going people’s, have any of you ever installed the older Version of the GSI 63-72 rear kit of so maybe someone can help me out. I got everything set and ready to stall my 4 link axle brackets but in the instructions it says set the lower bracket reverse edge to 90* so I’m trying to figure out what they mean by the reverse edge. Here is a picture of the kit I have and a picture of the axle bracket.
