X2 I believe they are also Ford caps 1968 and up till 1977 3/4 ton.

Thanks....that's what I was afraid of....no biggie though. If wheel covers aren't called our on the SPID, did they just come with bare wheels?

Those are hubcaps, not wheelcovers. These 8-lug trucks only came with hubcaps, no wheelcovers offered. The only reason the hubcaps would be on the SPID would be if they were optional chrome on a base trim or Custom. Chrome was standard on CST. Your truck would have come with painted caps
