if the metal converter cover pan fits 350/TH350, I'll take it..

looks to be p/n 00342467 but I can't find application references to it..

I'll keep looking and if anyone can verify fitment, please let me know, thank you!

Hope this helps ... I measured my cover for turbo 400 the upper holes are 19-1/4 center to center

is that first pic the shim between the bellhousing and the motor from a straight six with a manual tranny?
