Found a great thread on steelies, but does anyone have pics of a four wheel drive with this tire/wheel combo? This is where I was thinking of going, but would love to see the real thing first! Thank you.

Currently have very, very "vintage" bias ply 7.50 x 16 tires and would like to duplicate as nearly as possible with a modern size tire. The ones I have still hold air, but I bet they are 30+ years old!

At the top of the page is a search box for Google. In that box there are two check boxes, one for the web and one for this site. By punching in 235 85 16 and checking the 67-72chevytrucks.com box I found it right off. You can easily answer lots of questions that way.

I like those square body dog dish caps on our trucks. Not exactly factory correct, but I really like the look.

Here's 235/85/R16 BF Goodrich Rugged Terrains, on a stock 72 K20 with 16x6 steelies.

That's a nice looking K/20.

I've always seen the 235/85r16s as the radial/metric equivalent to 7.50-16s. That's the way the manufactures went as well. It's the radial for the stock look
